Physical Mastery: Martial Arts
The Flowering Tree Lodge Dojo is led by Sensei Kevin Lauderdale, assisted by his son Kamran Lauderdale. Both are certified black belt instructors with a combined 35 years of martial arts training. They teach a dynamic program of mixed martial arts based in the Korean martial art of Tang Soo Do. This foundational art provides a body awareness that allows for the integration of the other martial arts that are taught.
